Not a question: look at the "alternative", was shot by me at the Similan National Park, Thailand. :)

Nope. With my old Sony Cybershot camera. :)

I wonder what kind of price range do the cameras belong that they use shooting these recent Webshots pictures.

They use wide range of different cameras.
You should understand that NOT the camera gives the beauty shot - but the photographer. Camera is just a tool. Just like the example above - will you believe that it was shot via the 13 years-old 5Mpix camera, just an accidental shot from my hands (no setup, no tripod etc)? :)
Ok, I will give you yet again the sample (open it in full size - it is the wide one). Same place, same camera too. :)

50% camera 50% the photographers skill.

It's no question that a good photo begins at the photographer but the image quality is another important aspect. These photos are nice, but you can tell that these were made by an aging camera.

This is the reason why I start to wonder all the time when I want to shot a beautiful nature shot with my S4 that Does it worth it? I won't appreciate the pic enough anyway beacuse of the quality flaws. Expect a very few cases when light circumstances are just optimal to shoot with a cell.

Check out this: http://camerashowdown.com/

Unfortunately not the same compositions are compared but you can still get the point.

5%/95% I might tell ya'.

but you can tell that these were made by an aging camera.

Those photos were made on 2004 - check the EXIF.
That times those were not anyhow different that the Webshots PRO's. I even try to keep them in the same resolution (1600x1200). :)
But yes - it was 10 years ago...

Okay - then check THIS out! This full-res one is directly from the camera - no any Photoshop (yet!) involved.
Check the very tiny details - like the blade 's patterns on the knife, etc... How do you like that? :)

Sorry, I am back.

Okay, but this photo was shot by a professional DSLR right? I was talking about shooting with a mobile phone like Galaxy S4

That's should be enough to capture the bus route schedule, or the train stop times at the station while on the go. :)
Expect nothing more than just that.
