It is wedge-tailed eagle, Australia.
There is no Southern New Guinea.
California condor looks very different,
you can see the eagle and the condor on Wikipedia.
Sorry, I used the offered titles from Webshots. I know of course that New Guinea belongs to Oceania and is an independent country (Papua Niugini)).
Webshots must exercise care in choice of their descriptions of photos, specially if they are watermarked. There is no month without some faults.
