the title for this picture is Surfers at Dusk, Hawaii.

I don't really think that it is Hawaii. The landscape has nothing similar to volcanic island (such as Hawaii), and there is not a single palm on the coastline too (Hawaii is full of'em).
WBZ also states no "Havaii" word in the description.
